Gin infused with Jambu
On eof the most replicated recipes in the world gets a very Amazonian version. The Jambú-Tônica, the traditional gin adding the ‘tremor’ of the jambú.

For the drink
- 1 dose Gin infused with jambu
- 10 ml dry vermouth
- 1 tablespoon olive water
- 1 olive for decoration
- 1 lemon peel twist
- ice
Gin Preparation
Add 1 liter of gin with 15 g of jambú
1 L Gin, 15 g Jambu (powdered)
Leave to infuse for 48 hours.
Strain and reserve
For the drink
In a mixing bowl, add the dose of gin
Add the olive water, vermouth, and the lemon peel twist
Add the ice and mix it well for a few seconds
Strain the drink into a previously chilled martini glass
Decorate with the olive
